Shipping & Postage

• All orders are made and shipped from Sydney NSW. Orders are expected to be dispatched from our home-base within 72 hours once payment has be processed (longer for customised orders), and should arrive to you within 7-14 days. However, we cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within these expected timelines and are not liable for any delays, loss, damage or costs associated with delivery.

• Postage (within Australia): Australia Post is my preferred carrier. Both standard and express postage options are available. If you need an item urgently, please consider selecting Express postage at the checkout.

• International Postage: I do not currently have an option at checkout to ship internationally. If you are wishing to place an order to be shipped internationally, please contact me using this website.

• Local Pick Up: Pickup from Alexandria in New South Wales is available. Please use PICK UP at checkout and contact me to arrange a day and time to pick up your items.

• Lost Packages: If you have not received your order and have received a postage notification with a tracking number you may be able to track your package online at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of Handmade by Jade Earrings products, returns or exchanges for items purchased are not available. If you do have any queries concerning your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. Our greatest goal is to have happy customers.
