Product: Every Handmade by Jade Earrings product is handmade using a range of natural materials. This may result in variations in colour, shape and texture between pieces. We endeavour to minimise these variations, however all product images provided on the Handmade by Jade Earrings website should be taken as an example of the design, rather than the individual piece purchased.

Handmade by Jade Earrings have limited quantities and we cannot guarantee the availability of stock and the time frame involved in delivering orders.

Modifications to the service and prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Faulty Items: Where goods are deemed to be faulty we will send you a replacement item in the same colour and style. If the item has sold out and cannot be replaced, we will contact you to determine the most suitable course of action. This may involve providing an alternative item or full refund to the card or paypal account which was used for the original purchase. We will reimburse all reasonable shipping costs to the card which was used for the original purchase.

Proof of purchase must be supplied (such as a confirmation email) for all faulty claims. Please contact us via e-mail prior to sending back your goods to notify us of the fault.

We reserve the right to assess faulty goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund or replacement for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation by Handmade by Jade Earrings

Handmade by Jade Earrings reserves the right to cancel orders at any time if we are unable to fill your order due to lack of stock. If this happens, we will let you know via email, and give you the option of another item or a full refund.

Cancellation by Purchaser

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, if we have already shipped your order, your item cannot be returned.

Currency: Product and shipping prices on the Handmade by Jade Earrings website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not currently ship products internationally.

GST and Taxes: Our business is not registered for Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST has not been applied to the cost of our products.
